Great news for cake lovers, home cooks and Bake Off fans alike as we begin the launch of our 13 new stores that will all have opened their doors by the end of October – plenty of time for Christmas shoppers to get their hands on those must have ProCook pieces!
To celebrate the launch of our new stores we’ve invited special guest, 2019 Great New Year Bake Off winner and 2017 Great British Bake Off finalist, Steven Carter-Bailey to treat shoppers to a baking demonstration and tell-all Q&A session in some of our new stores and with Prue Leith calling him ‘one hell of a baker‘ it’s not an event you’ll want to miss. Find out what baking in the famous tent is really like, whether the Hollywood handshake is all its cracked up to be and what life is like once the competition is over as you pick up top tips and tricks from someone who has three Star Baker accolades to his name.
Let us introduce you to Steven Carter-Bailey
Self-confessed cake-aholic Steven, who is renowned in the baking community for creating bold and spectacular themed cakes, first graced our screens in 2017 on the eighth series of The Great British Bake Off which peaked at 10 million viewers in the final.
Steven entered the show with a dream to just make it through the first week, but finished as runner-up in the final collecting three Star Bakers (and several Hollywood handshakes) along the way. Having won The Great New Year Bake Off in 2019, Steven has since worked as a special reporter for ITV news, is currently touring the UK giving demonstrations at food festivals and has recently partnered with ProCook to promote the expansion of the brand in several new towns and cities.

Whether you’re a professional baker, a GBBO super fan or just getting started in the world of cakes and bakes, Steven’s demonstrations in store will provide you with all the very best tips and tricks to help give your project the Star Baker edge. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask Steven all of those burning questions about The Great British Bake Off, how he perfects his technique and what life is really like once the cameras are off in a tell-all Q&A session. PLUS there is a chance to win a bakeware bundle worth over £250!
As you browse our new stores you’ll be treated to nibbles and coffee as our staff demonstrate our latest kitchen gadgets and help answer any questions you may have surrounding our extensive product ranges.
