When it comes to Christmas we’re quietly confident at ProCook HQ that we’re bigger kids during the festive season than our little ones, so you can imagine how excited we were when we found out that lifestyle and interiors blogger extraordinaire Laura Butler-Madden had featured our Natural Light Jute Placemats in her Christmas table styling.
At Christmas many opt for traditional red and gold tones to create the traditional festive home, but we adore Laura’s contemporary take on the season keeping things simple and opting for eucalyptus garlands in place of the more typical ivy and using simple white tableware against the natural wood and jute textures. Sometimes less really is more and Laura’s proven just how powerful a simpler approach can still be, delivering a classy and grown-up feel to a time of year that can easily become overkill (and we love the subtle addition of gold cutlery as a nod to the festive season).
Our jute placemats are handwoven and their natural materials mean that each piece is slightly different to the next. We also have a variety of cotton and seagrass placemats in a wide range of colours and styles on offer so we’re sure to have the perfect placemats for you – you can browse our full range here.
