  1. Add the olive oil to a large pan and heat, before adding the celery and butter for 5 minutes until soft
  2. Add in the leeks and spring onion and cook for five minutes until these are soft
  3. Pour in the garlic and stir for a couple of minutes
  4. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil
  5. Pour in the pasta and boil for 8 minutes until the pasta is tender
  6. Sprinkle with basil, stir and remove from the heat
  7. Stir in the lemon juice and zest before sprinkling with parmesan
