A Scottish dish traditionally served with haggis on Burns night. If haggis isn’t really your thing it’s also delicious with quality sausages and red onion gravy.

  1. In two seperate pans, boil the swede and potato in salted water for approx. 20 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain the vegetables separately then pour back into the pan together and mash with the butter and cream.
  3. Season with salt and cracked black pepper and serve.
