Instructions
  1. Using a Santoku knife, finely dice the onion, kale & mushroom.
  2. Fry the onion and mushroom for one minute.
  3. Add the kale and cook until wilted.
  4. Whisk the eggs and to the pan.
  5. Stir until they begin to set.
  6. Add the seasoning.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
