Packed with healthy greens and sweetened with fruit, this will keep your mid-morning cravings at bay and make your mornings a little easier to get started. If you have any leftovers, pour into a sealed container and keep in the fridge for a ready-made breakfast smoothie the next day!

Instructions
  1. Add water, lettuce, spinach, celery and parsley into a blender or smoothie maker and secure lid
  2. Blend for 30 seconds starting the blender on a low setting slowly building up to a higher speed
  3. Once smooth remove from the machine and add the apple, pear, lemon and banana and re-secure lid
  4. Blend for a further 30 seconds, starting slowly and building up to the highest speed until you have reached your desired consistency
