  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Put 50g of peanut butter and dark chocolate to one side.
  3. In a saucepan, over a low heat, gently melt the rest of the peanut butter, sugar and remaining chocolate, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once melted turn off the heat, add the eggs one by one and beat with a wooden or silicone spoon.
  5. Slowly stir in the flour and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 20cm square baking tin lined with parchment paper.
  7. Melt the rest of the peanut butter and drizzle over the brownie mixture. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until crispy round the edges but still a bit soft in the middle.
  8. Melt the rest of the dark chocolate and drizzle over the brownies once cooked.
  9. Let cool, cut into squares and serve.
