This delicious recipe is perfect for a dinner-party! These can be served on a skewer, and topped with garlic butter for a fantastic starter!

Instructions
  1. Slice the bacon in halves (lengthways) leaving you with 24 slices
  2. Fry the bacon until it gains colour. Remove the bacon before it goes crispy (it needs to be soft enough to wrap the scallops in).
  3. In a small bowl, melt the butter before adding salt, pepper and garlic. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Wrap the scallops in the bacon.
  5. Grease a baking tray and add the scallops, spreading evenly.
  6. Cook on the middle rack of the oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Pour the butter mixture over the scallops.
